be determined by using a subVO2 max test, which includes continual monitoring
of your heart rate. This is a very useful guide to your own fitness
level. It can be used as a 'one-off' or as part of on-going fitness.
Personal Training Maximise your potential with
one-to-one training using an individual programme designed to meet your
needs in a structured yet flexible manner. A minimum of 4 sessions
per month is necessary.
'Telephone' Training
After an initial consultation, your personal fitness instructor
will provide weekly contact via telephone or e-mail to ensure your optimum
motivation and continuous fitness development.
'Check-In' Meet with your personal fitness instructor
at regular intervals by arrangement (eg. once a month) in order to assess
current fitness levels and adapt your programme as necessary.
Stepping Stones Stepping Stones are sessions
designed to target your specific fitness goals either in preparations
for forthcoming special occasions or as part of an on-going fitness
programme. Popular sessions include:
